Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. Who we are

SiteFreeze ("we", "us") is operated by MB Brass Bureau, company code 307540176, Beržo 1-oji g. 48, Sakiškės, Bezdonių sen., Vilniaus r. sav., LT-15181, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern your use of sitefreeze.com (the "Service").

2. The Service

SiteFreeze converts a published Framer website into static files: a hosted live preview (free), a downloadable .zip (free account), and a full offline export with all assets bundled, GitHub publishing and preview launchers (Pro). The Service depends on the structure of Framer-published sites, which we do not control; we continuously adapt but cannot guarantee that every site or feature exports perfectly.

3. Accounts

Downloading exports requires a free account (email + password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the content you export. We may block accounts or IP addresses that we reasonably believe are abusing the Service, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Pro purchase

Pro is a one-time payment of €30 (VAT included where applicable), processed by Stripe. It unlocks Pro features for your account for the lifetime of the Service, for unlimited sites you have rights to. It is personal to your account and non-transferable. "Lifetime" means as long as we operate the Service; if we ever permanently shut it down, previously downloaded exports keep working forever — they are static files on your disk.

Pro features are delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Third-party integrations

Optionally you can connect Google (sign-in) and GitHub (publishing exports to your repositories). These are governed by Google's and GitHub's own terms. You can revoke SiteFreeze's access at any time in your Google or GitHub account settings; GitHub can also be disconnected from our side on request.

7. Intellectual property

Exported files contain your (or your client's) website content — your rights to that content are unchanged and remain yours. The SiteFreeze software, brand and website remain our property. Framer is a trademark of its owner; SiteFreeze is not affiliated with or endorsed by Framer.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that every export will be complete or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you export. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent or gross negligence).

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may change free-plan limits and future pricing; a purchased Pro plan is never taken away.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes: contact us first — we resolve almost everything by email. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
