Refund Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. What you're buying

SiteFreeze Pro is digital content: a one-time €30 payment that immediately unlocks Pro features on your account (full offline exports, GitHub publishing, one saved export per domain).

2. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent (Art. 16(m)).

Pro is activated immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Our goodwill guarantee

Legal minimums aside — we want Pro to actually work for you. If the full export of your own Framer site fails or is materially broken and we cannot fix it, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. This does not cover cases where the exported site simply reflects issues present on the original site, or sites you have no rights to.

4. Statutory guarantee

As an EU consumer you always retain the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content — if Pro does not work as described, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your payment receipt (Stripe sends one automatically). Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

6. Disputes

Contact us first — we answer fast. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
